Orders from us are shipped within one (1) to a maximum of three (3) business days from the date of full payment for the Order by the Customer.

Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday are processed on Monday.

The delivery time of the product to you is up to 3 days [MO1]  business days, unless you specified a different timeframe in the product description or when placing the order. If the ordered products have different delivery times, the timeframe specified for the product with the longest delivery time applies.

For orders worth PLN 180.00 or more, courier delivery is free of charge. [MO2] 

 

If the data provided in the order is incomplete, false or otherwise unclear, we may refrain from processing the order until the correct data is provided, of which we will inform you immediately.

Delivery to the address you provided when placing your order is confirmed by us when we accept your order. You will be notified each time delivery to the specified address is not possible.
