Returns

If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The period for withdrawal from the contract begins when you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier takes possession of the goods.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, e.g. by e-mail to the following address: biuro@zupymocy.pl . [MO1] Enough,
that you send us a statement before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Please send the returned goods to us immediately to the following address: ul. Bobrowiecka 10 u-4, 00-728 Warsaw , but no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.

 

We will refund your payments immediately in accordance with the terms indicated
in the Store's Terms and Conditions, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement of your payment until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them back, whichever comes first.

The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in the cases specified in the Terms and Conditions. Detailed information on your rights can be found in this document.

Complaints

If you are a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have certain rights if the goods sold do not comply with the contract.

In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract , you have the right to submit a complaint – e.g. to the e-mail address: biuro@zupymocy.pl .

Generally, we are liable for any lack of conformity of goods with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and is discovered within two years of that date. However, in the case of food products, if the expiration or shelf life is less than two years, our liability expires on the date of expiry of that period. However, if that period exceeds two years, our liability is extended until that date.

Based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, you may request:

- exchange of goods,

- repair of goods.

In some cases, you may submit a declaration of:

- withdrawal from the contract,

- price reduction.
